Located in the Greenpoint area, this former retail facility has been fully renovated into a sandwich shop with an equipped kitchen and bar counter to suite the needs of its hungry patrons. This renovation entailed a gutting of the commercial unit without compromising the attached residential corridor. After which, a new floor arrangement was brought to life including the kitchen, bar counter, interior seating area, and access to a rear yard for outdoor dining. We also designed new lighting and electrical layouts to accomadate the indoor activity and functionality of the space.
