Located in the Kips Bay area, this former pizza shop went through a sizeable renovation of both the interior and the exterior facades. The interior renovation consisted of altering the floor arrangement to make way for the needs of a bar & grill including a new dining area, bar, kitchen, and restrooms. After removal of old signage from the facade, recessed niches were created in the existing brick to accomadate new illuminated signs. The awning has also been replaced by a new retractable one.
