The historic brownstones of the Clinton Hill neighborhood served as the initial inspiration for this renovation and expansion of an existing building, transforming the site into an intimate 4 unit condo. Each floor-through unit features a thoughtfully designed kitchen, with high end fixtures and finishes, all drenched with natural light from the project's large windows. RDA served as design & delivery architect on this project, completing it in early 2026.
