A ground-up residential development in the East Village composed of two six-story buildings designed to support a series of full-floor loft residences. The project introduces a contemporary exterior expression defined by metal panel façades and Accoya wood cladding, establishing a durable material palette that responds to the scale and character of the surrounding neighborhood.

Each floor is organized as a 1,705-square-foot residence containing two bedrooms, a windowed home office, two full bathrooms, and a powder room. The floor-through configuration allows for natural light and cross-ventilation, with floor-to-ceiling casement windows providing consistent daylight throughout the living spaces.

Interior layouts prioritize clarity and efficiency while incorporating a selection of internationally sourced finishes and fixtures. The design balances open loft-style planning with clearly defined private and working areas.

RDA served as Design and Delivery Architect for Amirian Group, coordinating the development from design through construction.
